Questions
Who can buy a plan?
Anyone who can manage a community (its owner, or a role with Manage community). The person who pays is the only one who can change or cancel it.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from Plan & billing in the community settings. The plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens when a plan ends?
The community goes back to Free. Nothing is deleted: anything above the Free limits stays, you just can’t add more until you’re under them again.
Can I switch between Plus and Pro, or monthly and yearly?
Yes. Changes apply straight away and the price difference is prorated on your next invoice.
How do I pay?
Checkout is hosted by Stripe, which takes cards and other local payment methods. Invoices and card details are in the Stripe billing portal, linked from Plan & billing.
